"The Art and Science of Photographing animal Tracks"
This class will consist of two two-hour online sessions. After each session, each student will receive a recording.
Class dates are:
1/17/2025 4-6 pm pacific
2/14/2025 4-6pm Pacific
One of the reasons I love photography so much is that it makes for a fantastic journal in which to learn any skill. Still, photographing tracks can help us relive that moment when we found the tracks, and for me, a drawing would look like a mere crawl compared with an image I can take with my Nikon Or my iPhone. During these two sessions (4 hours total), I will share the secrets of Track photography on both the art and Scientific approach.
Learn where to find good tracking areas, starting by looking at satellite maps.
Fine points of “Track Art” Photos
Enhancing your Naturalist Journals
We will discuss Game cameras, trail mapping, and much more!
