2-session T3online! class "The Art and Science of Nature Connection"
This class will consist of two 2-hour Online sessions with a month between for practice. The class will start on October 4th and 25th From 5-7 pm Pacific time
When it comes to wilderness skills, nature connection, stealth, and natural movement, I tend to take a more esoteric approach.
But thankfully, in the last 15 years, science has finally begun to support what my father, Myself, and many others have been saying for years: that time in nature is good for human beings. This two-part class will discuss some of the science behind the Myriad of health benefits behind natural movement, learning new skills, and more!
I will also give you exercises to do during the online class to heighten your physical awareness of the concepts that I will discuss.
Emphasis on scientific support gained over the past 15 years affirming the benefits of nature for human well-being.
- Explore the science behind movement, skill acquisition, and the numerous health benefits of spending time outdoors.
- Participate in discussions about scientific findings related to physical movement and learning new skills.
- Receive exercises to enhance physical awareness and deepen understanding of discussed concepts.
